Artist Statement:
I paint the beauty of the universe. Every animal and plant that exists in this world deserves to be called a masterpiece — shaped by evolution, by forces far greater than us, by something that feels almost divine. Their remarkable behaviors and appearances didn't happen by chance. They evolved in service of a purpose, each one moving toward the fulfillment of its own destiny on this planet.?
Nature is everywhere — so familiar that most people stop really seeing it. But look closely at a tree, a sparrow, a beetle, and something changes. Through my paintings, I hope to shift the way viewers see the world — to reveal that it was always extraordinary, just waiting to be truly seen.
I work with oil on canvas. Oil paint is more than a medium to me — it's unpredictable, almost alive, as if it has its own spirit. I believe that quality is what gives vivacity to the subjects in my work.
