Claudia Davis

I have been painting for 20 years. After trying many genres I have found landscapes are my most enjoyed subject. My husband and I live in Texas from October to the end of May. In June we o to Montana and have stayed for many years in Kalispell lose to Glacier National Park. Beginning last year, we decided to reside in Deer Lodge. Deer Lodge has a rich history dating back to when Montana was a territory. My paintings will change as I try to represent the beauty of the mountains, valleys, and remnants of early homesteaders.

Claudia has studied art in workshops and with personal instruction. She studied with Paula Carlton for six years learning the basics. Workshops include: Louis Escobedo, Kaye Franklin, Bruce Peil, John Petoshnik, John Budicin, George Hallmark, Bruce Green, Martin Grelle,
